We use Royal Mail tracked services or a courier depending on size & weight of order.
- (UK) Tracked 24 Delivery est. 1-3 working days from £6.95 POSTCODE EXCLUSIONS APPLY-SEE DELIVERY INFORMATION
- (UK) Special Delivery next day Tues-Sat delivery from £11.95 EXCLUSIONS APPLY-SEE DELIVERY INFORMATION. This service requires someone to be in to accept delivery and a signature.
- Cut off time is 1.30pm. Orders received on a Friday after 1.30pm will be delivered Tuesday.
- Excludes Bank & Public Holidays.

Delivery option of Special Delivery is available at checkout. We do not offer Consequential loss with Special Delivery.
Occasionally Special Deliveries are delivered late due to circumstances such as weather conditions, bank and public holidays (list not exhaustive). In these cases we cannot refund the Special Delivery charge.
Certain postcodes are classed as postcode exceptions where Special Deliveries take longer to deliver.
Sorry we cannot accept BFPO orders.
The General Product Safety Regulations (GPSR), effective 13th December 2024 means we can no longer deliver to Northern Ireland or EU countries.
