For orders sent out via Royal Mail, ordered before 2:30 PM on any business day will be posted same day. For Courier service we need to book these in before 12 noon on working days. However couriers do not generally collect or deliver on Saturdays so late purchases on Fridays will normally be collected by the courier on the following Monday for a Tuesday delivery
Please note: If you choose Any next day service on Fridays, the vast majority of delivery services available to us will deliver on the following Monday. The only exception being Royal Mail Special delivery where they do deliver on Saturday at an extra over cost on top of the normal fee. If a Friday purchase is required on Saturday then you must let us know so we can add the extra charge, otherwise it will go out as normal.
Shipping costs The cost of the item includes the basic postage cost for United Kingdom deliveries only, this will normally include the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and the Isles of Scilly.
For international postage you will be able to choose a shipping option for your country of choice but, if you are thinking of a multiple purchase, please e-mail us for a postage quotation before you buy as we may be able to reduce the cost.
International postage will normally be shipped via a Royal Mail tracked shipping method dependent on the destination country. Large consignments, heavy or valuable goods will be shipped with the larger courier services. These tend to be costly, so you must ask for a quotation before purchase, and let us know how quickly you need the goods as this greatly affects the price.
Postage and packaging charges
Please Note: The price of the item quoted is for the cost of the item, the chosen postal service used and the cost of packing materials used. We do try to be as 'green' as possible so you may find some of the packing materials will have been previously used.
The vast majority of the photographs on each listing is one of our own stock photographs, being a stock photograph the image is for information only. It will, more than likely, not be the image of the item you will receive.
Returns & Consumer Rights Directive 2014
If you wish to return your item please notify us by email or letter of your intention to cancel within 14 calendar days of receipt of your order.
This 14 day cooling off period starts from the day after you receive your order.
Please note that we do not accept telephone cancellations.
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for any supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling, use, damage or substitution of original item by the buyer.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than-
(a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or
(b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or
(c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
The buyer should return the item to us within 14 days of notifying us of intention to cancel the contract under the Consumer Rights Directive 2014.
"You shall send back the goods to the address given within this policy which is displayed at the bottom of this section in our business details, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us.
The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days have expired."
Custom made and customised items are non-returnable.
This policy complies with the Consumer Rights Directive.
The policy applies to all items unless faulty or damaged in transit, in which case the return postage will also be paid by us.
